the version you listed does not exist on konicas site.
the latest is C253 A02E0Y0-F000-G10-R6.EXE

G10-J8 has that ver as the boot fw, thats what threw me. either way thats 10 years old. the ver above should supersede J8.

F/W is loaded using a certain type of Compact Flash card. I believe you will also need the Kon/Min toolkit to load F/W onto CF card.
