I am not saying that it is easy, it is difficult for most users in general, and even more difficult for ordinary people.
I do not consider myself a super expert in printing technology, but I do it myself:
1. Changed the transfer tape separately from the entire block
2. Sorted through the development unit, changed the magnetic shaft and sifted the developer from the garbage through women's tights
(color development differs from black only in price, chip and some mixed toner in them)
3. I cleaned the cleaning squeegee and changed the drums.
(not to mention the fact that black drums differ from color ones only in chip and price)
4. Separately changed the lamp and thermal film on the fusing unit.
5. I know how much the developer needs to add to the 612/615/616/622 toner of each color in order to get 512 / 321.
Everything that concerns 80% of ordinary servicing of the mechanical part of this machine, I know better than 80% of its users, I am 80% sure of this
Yes, in the software part I am not strong, but this is part of the problem of closed information about it.
Do you know what is the average retail price for a print in Russia? 8 rubles for A4 - 4 + 0. This is $ 0.12 per sheet, for the end customer. And this is not even the lowest price!
This price is not for offset circulation, but from 10-50 sheets!
In the conditions of such a market and competition, in almost every print shop and printing house there is a person who is not an engineer, who does not have the appropriate education, but who is able to sort out the fuser or drum with his eyes closed.
We would be happy to use the services of service companies, but then we will not have customers.

At the same time, the OCR libraries did not get up, but I never used recognition, so the most important thing is that now everything prints...

After that, the movie files disappeared, the error did not go away ...
I tried to do it again, the process reached 100% but after rebooting the problem did not solve it ...
Disabling HDD also does not help, as before D3A0
I just won’t know what happened and how to fix it.

Once again, I will try to describe the entire procedure as detailed as possible, maybe I'm missing something?
1. There was a fully working device.
2. The firmware was downloaded from of. site conics.
3. A flash drive was prepared according to the Service Manual.
4. The firmware file was extracted to the root of the flash drive.
5. The USB service port is open and a USB flash drive is inserted.
6. When flashing, nothing moved, I just made sure that the type of machine was set correctly (for c454e this is 3/0 - it was).
7. Starting the update, everything went successfully except for the SSD item, it was written loading NG 999999 (or something like that).
8. Reboot, the machine starts in normal mode and error D3A0 appears on the standard screen for copying and printing.
9. An attempt to isolate the error through the yellow button when the device is turned on is unsuccessful.
10. Attempting to copy an SSD to HDD - an error occurred while copying. (Movie files deleted)
11. Initialization - clearing all data. Successfully, but the error remained.
12. Another firmware attempt is the same.
13. A repeated attempt to isolate the error through the yellow button when the device is turned on is unsuccessful.
14. The second attempt to copy the SSD to the HDD — an error while copying — is now successful, but the error still exists.

Hmm, those're good sugsestions but as counters are stored and backed up onto MFPB and SSD I'm afraid HDD tricks in this case won't help.

You can ignore the movie animation error for now, we can come to that later.
In CE mode you can copy the SSD to the HDD, try this & reboot.
Also in CE mode set the HDD uninstalled & reboot do you still get the error.
