Konica c6500 wrinkling paper

Hi everyone
I have a KM c6500 wrinkling paper inside fuser.
It happens with 70gsm paper to 130gsm, 150gsm is better, 210 or more no problem. It happens in single side and double side.
The wrinkling happen inside fuser, but dont know what is problem.

Its a second hand , now its 45k, but maybe they have reseted before

Clean the entrance plate, and check the state of the fusing lower roller. Good Luck!

Also the bearings and heat sleeves. if its rattling around loose in there rebuilt it!

look at all the bearings and heat sleeves in the fuser unit also check the oneways and all gears. is the fuser belt or press roller look worn. in a pitch i have soaked the bearings in wd 40 till i could get new ones ordered

Agreed for bearings and heat sleeves,have that recently.
Try to manualy rotate fusing knob when rollers make pressure and observe does it equally moves left and right side of lower roller approaching to fusing belt
