hello guys, both in print and in copy on the sheets leaves me this strange background, I made the gradation of the calibration settings and the color registration. Help would be appreciated. thanks

Problem on both Black and Color copies?

what do you mean by printhead? is a multifunction A3 color laser. Konica Minolta bizhub C250 old machine.Comment

a colleague who repairs Konica Minolta suggests that I revise the grids of perhaps oxidized photoconductor units. I'll start from here. Then I will think of the "printhead" unit.Comment

Also check the harness between the Laser Unit and MFP Board, sometimes it's bad connection. Good Luck!Comment
