When I try to update the driver for the printer, I get a message "drivers used by connection printers are not to be updated". Who faced this and how to solve the problem?

Re: Update firmware for bizhub C224e
talk to their IT person, that has nothing to do with the machine.
is it using simple tcp/ip port or something stupid and amateur?
why is the driver being updated?
what OS?
PS? PCL? XPS?
almost like putting a jigsaw puzzle together upside down.
could use just a bit more info if you want an educated answer. We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though... -
Re: Update firmware for bizhub C224e
Sorry, I agree, there is little information.
Used ip port. The old driver version 4.1.0.0 is installed and I'd like to upgrade to the new version 5.3.0.712
OS: Win10 x64

Re: Update firmware for bizhub C224e
is it a requirement of the version of firmware on the machine?
is the driver newer than the FW?
is there a printing issue? or any enhancements to the driver?
I'm genuinely curious, for real.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...Comment
