    C3350 - Screen issue

    Hi guys,

Does has any one had any issues with the Konica Minolta C3350 screens. We have had three come in and some of the screen is un-responsive?

any one have any ideas to get the screen working rather than ordering new ones?

    any suggestions will be appreciated!

You can calibrate the screen if it is still operative.
If not you will need to replace the touch panel however i've had good results stripping the panel, cleaning all contacts & reassembling that usually works. (same on most manufacturers)

I've had to replace quite a few of them for non-functionality. Never tried ripping them apart and cleaning contacts, but my suspicion was just that the touch panel itself failed. Had that happen a lot on Toshibas as well.

I've had a few go bad and replaced them. Could also look at getting repaired from a place like Hytec delaer services in FL.

I have a bad one in shop I may take apart and clean contacts as suggested.

Like the other poster said I thought the touch screens just go bad and that's all she wrote!
