Sorry for digging up an old post.
We have gone from owning our Konica Minolta machines to leasing one from Fujifilm.
I thought I was smart formatting the HDD on our C364e to get all our work data off it.
Now I have the error 'No Animation Guide. Contact your service rep.'
We no longer have a relationship with our old rep as we didn't lease a new machine off them.
Can someone please PM the file needed to fix my issue.
I've watched videos on how to fix it, just need the file.
