I have two bizhub C3350 systems. One machine powers up with blank touch screen and does not appear on the network. After power cycling again, the machine boots up correctly with active touch screen and works correctly for copy, scan and print. The second power cycle works every time. I'm hoping a firmware upgrade would resolve the issue.
The Boot, Panel, Fax and Scanner F/W is the same as the other machine that operates correctly but the Controller and Engine F/W looks like older versions. Is there a way I can get a download of the updated firmware?

Firmware should only be available to credited km service engineers if you been trained by km or develop you should have access

Firmware isn't panacea. Better call certified KM tech who can diagnose and troubleshoot your problems.
