because when i connect usb flash drive to device

screen appear error external memory

tell me please,
step by step to firmware konica 754

USB must be no bigger than a 4Gb drive
the correct files and folders must reside on the root of the drive.
use the service port.

ive been using 16GB memory for years without problems

When turn on the device and put usb to service
screen is appear error external memory,
because the firmware incorrect maybe right?

Follow exactly the steps escalante show you. Also you are supposed first to connect USB and then turn on the machine.
Try it also with front door open.

if you are trying to put a used prcb in this , you WILL get that message.
