USB must be no bigger than a 4Gb drive
the correct files and folders must reside on the root of the drive.
    use the service port.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

How important is this F/W version ?
If the model is incorrect Will cause the device to display error external memory screen?

        thank you,sir

What sort of problem/s you have? Why do you think it's FW related?

Follow exactly the steps escalante show you. Also you are supposed first to connect USB and then turn on the machine.
Try it also with front door open.
