    bizhub C308 quality problem

    Hi, I have a bizhub c308 with 130k. This printer has started making spots at the bottom of the page. Of course I have to change the black drum but before going, being a restricted area, I wanted some advice from you.thankyou

    Your image isn't very clear Most likely the black drum. But I would also take a transfer unit with you when you go back.

        96 mm interval? Yes, black drum. Typical at 130K or even much less. =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Replaces the DRUM UNIT (DR-313K)
          Exactly that mistake is due to wear on the drum and black charge roller.
          Follow the installation and adjustment steps in the service manual.
