    Ok..time to dig a lilttle deeper..was there ever any kind of external counter/IF device attached to the machine? If so, there are many settigns that don't change once you un set the device. E

        HMM not sure, i got the machine off lease , through my supplier,
        i thought i saw something about admin mode and the address book that you can turn on and off applications, email,user box, fax etc... im going to go have a look here shortly

                probably not a bad idea..But if this thing had CAC/PIV or some other vendor device, the clear may not help. E
