    KMBH C554 turning auto on to off

    I have a client with a KMBH C554 eveytime they walk by it it powers on, can this be de activated?

      Are you sure its a C554? As this model doesnt have a presence sensor.

          Admin > System settings > Power settings > Awake from power save....

          Or 8.1.8 in the service manual.
          You can set the sensitivity there or switch it off.

          It uses the screen itself i think.

                  heres what i have
                  low power mode.
                  sleep mode
                  power key
                  power save
                  enter power save
                  power consumption in sleep mode
                  awake from power save mode by touching controll panel
                  this is all the options i have

                          i lowered the sensitivity to -2 in "awake from power save mode by touching control panel"
