Word of warning this should only be carried out by an experienced engineer as this will completely wipe the machine including counters, serial numbers, storage settings and dipsw settings.

This procedure is a last resort from Konica and ideally shouldn't be banded about on an internet forum

what can I do if a C250i no longer starts up?
I don't have an error code and the service mode cannot be opened either.

The problem on there is your CPU board , had a couple of them here in South Africa especially with constant load shedding happening here. The device will not take any firmware while in this state.
