Copy Program Button Missing on Bizhub C300i

I've got a Bizhub C300i and the Copy Program button is just missing from the copy screen. I'm looking everywhere to find an enable/disable but I'm having no luck.

There were/still are a few bugs with the new i series.

Most were resolved with a firmware update.

Blindly guessing here without checking the knowledge base, is the HDD enabled?

There's a tool to edit panel buttons can't remember name right now. Also make sure it's on B5 latest FW as others mentioned it won't hurt for sure.

Edit: panel customize tool I believe is the name

Like others said make sure you are running on function version 2 firmware.
Please check [Administrator] > [SystemSettings]➔[Change Permission for Default Value]➔[ON]➔[OK] is set as well.

Good call but I believe this is applied to Basic style and his problem is with Classic style copy screen.
