Marketplace Software Switch Settings

Hello

Does anyone know what the correct marketplace switch settings are for marketplace to work on a C300i?

I have the latest firmware but it says firmware update needed, I think it's software switch related as my installer disables it by default because he hates it.

SW 172 HEX 01 hides marketplace so I would assume HEX 00 enables it?

When I enable Hex 00, it reverts back to Hex 01 hmmm

I forgot you're probably enduser. Yes I asked about service manual.

Edit:
Then study it. Your answer is in there. I can tell you needed Hex but it's better for you to learn a bit if you're going to modify sevice mode settings.

Yes, I have the service manual haha

The marketplace app works but gets stuck when I enter my login details, and the IWS installer on the PC says the firmware needs upgrading - but it is the latest firmware.

I think my tech disabled a SWW switch, but IDK which one

I edited my last post as you confirmed that have manual. Just search for sw 172.

There is nothing in there under SW 172, I have searched the entire document
