      I would try another cyan IU or to swap IUs(plus chips) to make sure it's not cyan IU but it may code out before you do the test print.
      Next is PH unit as you already know.

          I tried to swap the IU as a test but they physically don't fit!

              This is bad, bad...means you will need another preferably used cyan IU to do the test. Sorry to hear that.
