    At least here in the USA, look under the "Knowledge" tab of the One Stop area. KBA00026221 has the file attached and all the instructions as well.
    Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.

        Different regions have very different systems. Imho MKM is simply better than European version.

            Hello, sorry the the revival of this ancient thread. I am just facing the same problem, plus I am in EU so Kiku does not have the NVRAM tool for me to download :/
