    SOLVED! - a little bit ,-)

The System has got a D-Sub 9pin connector tor use with a gprs Gateway to CS-Remote-Care. The gateway was not connected anymore because the printer moved to another office...

If this little box is not connected, the Printer will restart every 9 minutes - think it's some kind of handshake / keep alive impulse?

I think the easiest way to keep the system running (now that it changed its Home and it is not connected anymore to the CS Remote Network is to keep the GPRS - Gateway connected without the SIM-Kard installed and without GPRS Antenna (don't want it to send...)

Has anyone an idea how this "implant" can be removed sustainable without that creepy hardware trash workaround?

It might be the heartbeat setting in CS remote care. It's turned on by default and can be set between 1-256 minutes. Check the number it's set to under Communication interval. If it's set to 9 then that's the issue.
