What have you done to resolve the problem?

      Total counter?
      PM counter?

My best guess would be drum/drum blade. It would help to know how many pages have been printed on the PM parts.

If I am to assume that was printed short edge first, I'd print portrait to get a clear view of what's happening.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

I got $1 that says it was printed short end first. Bet?

Normally I would say drum. Did you swap out the drum with another color drum?.. Did the issue follow the drum?... If not, definitely pull the DV unit and check it out. Something is causing that Cyan to pull like that

First I would clean PH glasses. Than I would have a look to the drum.

Do exactly what Reed said. What is the distance, if print is SEF and has gritty feelings then definitely take a good look at developer unit.

                      ,

The root cause of this is usually. the black unit misting ,fouling cyan charge system.

It's a repeating pattern on the drum. It's the drum.

You must change drum and developer and set TCR value for cyan -2

Obviosly its damaged drum, same mark is repating.
Measure distance betwean 2 same marks and if it is arround 95mm it is drum for sure.
