Waste toner issues

I was having issues with waste toner not flowing into the waste toner container, which we noticed the pipes needs to be changed.
The waste toner pipes have all been changed but still the waste is not flowing into the waste toner container.
I need your help on this critical issue.

If a the pipes are new ya know it's gonna take a few hundred pages before it has enough in the tube to make it to the wtb.
Have you checked the augers in the dv and drum units to make sure they are not stoned up?
And yes, a model would be most helpful.

I only ever had one that I manage to fix with just a vacuum cleaner it all came out. 99% of the rest was too compacted.

C353 series we got to that point where that issue was an immediate forward to Mr Salesman...
