Hi.
My BZ C258 just missed network configuration. Option Network Config does not appear in the Administrator tab or in the service menu. What can I do?

Shut the machine down & unplug the LAN cable then power back on.

Sometimes the network setting page takes a while to appear.

I was performing a Clear Network Data in service Mode when a energy blackout happend.

That was unlucky timing.

Update the firmware & try all ‘all clear’ in CE mode.

If you have difficulty to update FW try firstly doing Initialize All. Depends on what data is corrupt may help.

You will need movie data and re-enable the hdd following the all clear.
