No SMB v 2.0 is not supported on the old C280.

Win 10 does support SMB v1.0 however you may need to enable it but others have said this presents a security risk.

that firmware is only 1 version behind, d2 is newer but will have no impact on SMB scanning.
you might also consider scanning to FTP and just map the folder to the workstation as if it were a network drive.
now you have 2 solutions
your FW is from 12/2011 the newer is only 3 months newer.
if it aint broke, dont fix it.
try FTP scanning instead. works across the board unless your network blocks port 21?

Damn 3 times in a row you beg for firmware but offer nothing in return.
Firmware is not meant for end-users to have.
And posting in several firmware threads only tends to piss people off.
CONTRIBUTE to CTN and your request will get filled quicker.

What error are you having? Firmware doesn't fix all problems.

For everyone requesting firmware here, there are a couple of easy ways to get firmware:

1. Buy it from a vendor like @copier tech
2. Become a Contributor to the Site
3. Have a good reputation on this Site by contributing your knowledge to others.

If you do any of these things, you will most likely recieve the requested firmware within 12-24h on here
Or atleast have a much higher chance of getting the firmware
