[Misc] Konica Minolta C454e Missing Image - Jpeg

Hi

Konica Minolta C454e When client prints Photos/Files Specially JPG using any software (Windows Photo Viewer, Paint etc.) Print is missing from the middle. From all of his computers.

Updated the firmware G20-M1, Replaced the driver.

Normal print is fine.

Please find the attached and advise.

what happens printing from usb?

From Laptop it is same as other computers.

Didn't try USB.

We've seen distorted images from Windows Picture & Fax Viewer for the last 4 years or more. My suggestion is to use another JPG viewer, and it always works. A favorite is Irfanview. It's free, and has a LOT of features that your Windows Picture & Fax Viewer does not.

I am too Facing the same issue.

i think the issue started with the latest windows 10 update

if any one has solved it. please help

There are many fonts that the printer does not understand. If you are using the PCL driver try "print as image" to see if this resolves it..The driver also allows you to choose not to use printer installed fonts..This may help as well. E

Yes ! this issue is being happened this month.
Some PC the update maybe KB5000808 or KB5000809.

I had the same problem.It was a new security windows update that was causing the problem.I went to start ,then settings and then update and security.then windows update and history of updates.then click on the last update for windows security and erase it.The pc will rebout and the problem will be fixed hopefully.It work for me,i hope will work for you too.
