    konica minolta bizhub 368e marketplace download failed

    it must be my day... setting up a color machine you guys helped me with works great now.. this is a black and white
    368e saying that the marketplace download failed.. I have not seen this on any previous 368e so its new
    how do I shut off or disable marketplace? I tried to search this site with no luch
    you guys are so good on posting links I hope to be smarter someday thank you!!

      Set SW 172 to HEX 01 & reboot this should take care of it.

          I'm not sure about this model but may work. Go in Admin - Network - IWS - disable/off.

              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  the switch 172 hex 1 disabled marketplace.. thank you guys
