    bizhub C287 - Medical Images

Good afternoon. I am having difficulties to set up printing for medical exams. Even turning to pure black the impression comes out with shades of green which leaves the exam out of the standard. Can someone give me the configuration they use to test my equipment?

For starters, you'll get better results with pure black disabled.

This particular image is not very handy for diagnosing image quality issues. Try printing something like this, and post the results.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Print from Utility Consumable parts life or post a picture of it. Also what are counters - total and color?
This model is KonMin entry for office A3 copier and you can't expect very good colors as such.
But really start with charts blackcat gives you.

Good afternoon friends. The equipment is new, with less than 200 color pages and 10 mono pages.

The problem is that when I put the composite black to make the images that would have to come out in black and white come out in another shade, but the black background of the exams come out perfect.

When I send in pure black, the black background is flawed but the tonality is correct.

I already looked for color curve software, but I only found it for larger equipment.

I believe that something like okidata's PSGAMMA is missing to fine-tune it.

If the software allows print the images to a PDF and print the PDF from Adobe or foxit reader

If it changes then the medical software is to blame.
Also id double check and make sure they us the PS driver that is model specific not that universal garbage bag driver.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...

When you are using the PCL driver, you can adjust Color Balance.

Re: bizhub C287 - Medical Images

Good Morning. Sorry for the delay to return.

I have already used the following drivers: PLC6, Universal PCL6, PS and PS-SP.

Everyone had the same problem when I switch to pure black.

The real problem is when I change to pure black, the background of the exam that needs to be plated is in shades of gray. However, in the composite black the black of the background is perfect, but the images are in different shades of the screen.

Now I am using the PS driver and I use the WTT to send the exams.

Worst porn ever..BTW, the image you say is good, that's a screen capture not a sample from some other copier..Have you tried running the screen calibrations in the driver?

Good afternoon. I have already performed all the equipment calibrations.

I believe that a fine adjustment is missing, I have also tried the adjustment by the PLC driver but it does not correct the problem with the hue.

Is there any software that does color curve adjustment other than Color Centro? The color centro does not fit this equipment.

What you see on the screen is RGB, 20 million colors possible; a printer is CMYK, only slightly over 2 million colors possible. In other words, you can get close but not always the same.
You have a few more options with PS driver than PCL (see screenshots below). From what I can see, its not so much a pure black issue as a color rendering one. A yellow usually does turn greenish when the gamuts don't jive. I would also be curious to know the file type and the software its coming from....

Equipment calibration will do you no good, there is a color gamut that you cannot get outside of..have you ran the color mgmnt tool within the driver? This is where you can assign monitor ICC profiles and more closely match what you see on your screen to what the driver can output, but if you are trying to get monitor bright white to look like printer white the best you can get is the brightness of the paper, unless you have a system that can lay down white ink.
