    [Dead] AccurioWide 160+

I had an account that dropped power during a run, after 2 min, power came back, the 160 and the director came back, but the internal PC/controller is dead. I have power to it, power supply outputting all voltages, I can see the 3 vdc drop when I press the power on button, but no other response. I am forced to get the entire PC, as the boards, NIC, power supply are not showing individual part numbers, and of course KM doesn't have this part loaded in the system yet..Sending my tech back to get a part# from the mother board to see if it's available locally, but not even sure if this is worth the time/effort as it may be a proprietary board. Just looking for some suggestions on if a locally sourced motherboard will even work. Ed

    That's quite a little machine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
