[Misc] Missing - Bypass tray overwrite settings for print PC

    Hello all!
I was at a call earlier and a customers program would only print envelopes as Paper Type: Plain over Paper Type: Envelope. Other programs had the right type.
I had read about "Bypass tray overwrite settings for print PC", and it should be in Admin>System.
Could not find it on the MFP nor signed into admin on web connection, same with the rest of my calls for the day.
Does anyone know of a setting that could be conflicting?

knowing the model may help a bit.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

You didn't mention the model but from memory it's only a feature on 8 series and on

What application are you using. Are you defining both paper size: COM10, and media type: envelope in the application?

        =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
