hello everyone, I have a problem with a c280.
When I print front and back in a3 format I hear a "stok" noise and the sheet is creased.
In a4 format everything is ok.
Possible solutions.

where exactly do you find it jammed? Have you tried putting the A3 in another input tray? Are rubber rollers new?

I tried in another drawer but the result is the same.
the problem is at the end of the sheet. It seems that when he turns the paper, too much is taken. rollers aren't new.

Try another paper. If you're using thick paper tell the machine gsm weight.

stop the print at different intervals and see WHEN the crease occurs.

I agree with Synthohol. Stop the print and see where the problem occurs. Photo of the problem sheet would not be bad
