    [Misc] Bizhub 367 External USB

    Hi there,
    There is this 367, not detecting external USB. External USB settings in admin settings not showing. Tried to detect USB from state conformation showing NG...... Any idea?

      It's rare that a drive over 8gb is recognized. Have you tried a 2g or 4g?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          Also if the hdd is not "set" there are no USB options I believe.
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

              Has the cable been disconnected? As a redundancy, in certain environments the external USB port is disabled, and the cable disconnected. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Also could be disable under system settings > userbox settings > external memory settings.

                      Thanks all,
                      Everything has been accounted for... A 32 GB FAT32 drive is accessible on another BH367 machine.
                      There is no HDD in other machine also but USB is detecting. If HDD is not present even then it should access USB and save to it at least.
                      The option for External memory is not showing.....is there any SW settings for disabled USB ports.
                      Once there was a problem in a BH367 machine and I switched the USB port on the MFP board and that was working.
