I erase the error (03 01 off), and you noticed when closing the main door,

• properly screwed fuser
• check the connectors on both the chassis and the fuser, everything is normal (cleaner contacts)

look in the back connector any paper? on the machine side? it not seeing the fuser, start at back and work forward. GIve me some history? Did it work until you did a service?

try setting sw 3-1 to 1 .
then if 3-1 changes back to zero after reboot then you will need to look closely at connectors for fuser
