    can you not access trouble reset by holding the panel reset key and powering up?
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

        Unfortunately, no. Have tried multiple times already with the same results. Even holding stop key didn't do anything promising on the machine.

            may i see a pic of the panel where the ports are? like where the network wire plugs in.
