[Dead] Bizhub C266 stuck on loading screen

I receive this machine as a replacement from a client yesterday.

After I reset the machine, I mistakenly turned on the HDD (which is not actually shown in the service mode, I just searched for it)
Once I power off/on the machine, it's now stuck on the loading screen and will be just like that for hours. I tried doing the trouble reset method (main power switch+RESET) but is still the same. Also tried the main power switch+RESET+power (idk what it does, the power just turned pink), but also still the same.

Side note: I removed the back cover to find out that it DOESN'T HAVE ANY HDD DRIVE.

I'm not familiar with that model but on the machines in US you can go to trouble reset screen, but don't press trouble reset . You use the number keypad and enter service mode. If you can get in service mode you should be able to turn off hard drive

I cannot go to this trouble reset screen. The machine is stuck on the loading screen.

For clarification, to go to trouble reset screen, I should press MAIN POWER+RESET button right? If this is correct, I already done this whole day now and no results are coming, only stuck on the fin loading screen.

when you say you reset the machine did you mean wipe with the reset file or just a full initialization?
if you used a reset file try running it again.
also, did you hold down the reset button until the machine beeps?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

          - I go to System 2 - Initialization.
          - Yes. There's a beep after I hold the RESET button. A black dot on the top-right corner of the screen also appeared but its still stuck on the loading screen.

Tomorrow I will do these steps again just for confirm if its working or not.

            try reseating the nvram
boot to a firmware stick and select machine/type and make sure they are not set to FF
then see if it will install FW.

              Where is this NVRAM located?
I'm trying to find any download links for firmware online, but I can't find anything. Can you elaborate this detail for me so I can do this tomorrow?

I have no complete training regarding Konica copiers so if you can guide me on this it would be great.

                  Update:

So as per Mr. Synthohol, I tried again holding down the RESET button while turning on the machine. I let go of the button after a beep came then loading screen pops out. Few minutes later, it restarts and another beep came from the machine. Now the machine is on the loading screen again with all the fins lit up on the display.

Will the trouble reset screen appear after this? If no, should I try again by pressing until the second beep sound? Please guide me on this.

Side note: I am thinking that maybe because I enabled the HDD option while the machine is in SSD, the machine is constantly looking for a HDD. Could this be the case for this issue?

its possible but it will usually get a cd-10 or some HDD error.
try holding the reset until it beeps but open the side door before turning it on.
if you cannot get into trouble reset screen and enter service mode you may have to install a HDD at least temporarily.
                    thats what id try.

How would I be able to install a HDD? Using an external drive through the available USB port on the machine? Also, the machine has a SSD only and upon checking the boards inside, there's no possible option to install a HDD.

Will try to do your recommended actions also. If all else fails, maybe we should rely on F/W update as last resort.

                        is this a c266i model?
it should have a 256Gb SSD if i googled the right machine.

                          Correct. This has a SSD I wasn't sure if it's 256Gb

                            Update:

So we have acquired the firmware for our machine. I searched the right procedure for the directory of the firmware using this link. https://printcopy.info/index.php?mod...+C257i&tID=429

Then I tried inserting the USB to the machine and pressed the STOP button while turning the machine on, but it still stuck on the loading screen.

I definitely need assistance on this one. Thanks.

make sure on the plate where the usb slots are, make sure the one marked "front usb" is where the front usb cable is plugged in.

also on the USB used for firmware, it needs to be a 4 gig stick, sometimes 8 gig works but larger than 4Gb stick usually does not work well.
also the fw00031 folder should be in the root of the drive, like when plugged into a pc the only thing you should see is the FW00031 folder, nothing else.
