    C-3110, not printing...

Hey guys. So, I installed this machine yesterday, although I can't specifically remember if I tested the PRINT functionality. Got it to the customer and on their network, and I can get to Pagescope, the driver loads, etc. but the machine will never print. All test prints and other jobs just stay in the queue. Any ideas? Firmware is also up to date at level D.
    Thanks in advance!

      Can you ping it?

i think he said he can open pagescope, hope its as simple as a port or authentication issue.
didnt mention if acct track or autherntication is being used.

Can you print directly from the laptop, off the network? It could be as simple as a duplicate IP. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thanks for all the replies, guys. No, I hadn't tried from a laptop, and it is possible that its an IP address conflict...
Waiting for the customer's response then will try to post back.

                  No consumables past life.

Machine only has about 2K pages.

I didn't know there was a network initialization setting on this small machine?
If so, is that in Service Mode somewhere?

Admin settings - Security Settings - Initialize - Restore Network

Were you successfully connecting directly to your laptop? =^..^=
