What WLAN-LAN bridge you guys would advise making a BH-C-284e WLAN ready?

None. WLAN bridges are some of the most failure prone pieces of technology I've come across. If those 2 networks aren't the same, I have our customers contact their IT Support to make them the same or punch holes in the firewall to allow enough ports to make printing work. If they are too small to have IT support, we charge them by the hour to reconfigure their network equipment.
In the extremely rare instances we simply can't run a cable to the copier, we install the wireless kit in them. However, that has only happened a few times.Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

I'm misunderstood. My fault, perhaps.
A customer has a LAN connected BH-C-284e but want it to be connected by WLAN. In the past, some guys here in the panel were mentioning that they have a good experience with certain devices doing that. Since the panel update, the search function here became worthless.
So, in other words, how to make the MFP receive print jobs by WLAN NOT using the KonicaMinolta thingy UK-208.

These babies work well for us. Theyre only about $25~$35 online. They convert wifi to lan. Just a pain if the cust changes wifi password.Comment

i dont understand, WLAN just means wireless LAN. or the backbone of the company's Wifi. every mobile device needs to be on the same network as the copier in order to print from mobile devices. (unless a bridge is in order if 2 separate subnets.
if there is a wireless network already at the copier location they connect through that and print directly to the machine from their device.
unless you mean like airprint?

Synth, there is no WLAN network available at the customer's place. They print via LAN only. The secretary, proud of her iPhone, "needs" to print directly from her iPhone to the BH-C-284e. She wants me to help her with the issue. This became now essential for me to solve, since the woman is very near to her chief. Don't know why she wants to print from a private phone to the companies MFP (holiday pics? Her kids? Porn?) I think I understand now. The customer has a wireless (cell phone) and no wifi. I thought for some God-forsaken reason they wanted to connect the Bizhub by wifi. (Say it isn't so!!!)
She has no way to connect to the network with her phone. I think she is out of luck unless she wants to email the file to a pc on the network.
Two other possibilities:
1) About 10 years ago I tried to get a bizhub to receive incoming (POP3) emails for teachers to print from ANYWHERE, any device... home, classroom, no drivers, etc.
We got it to work, kinda-sorta. It was sensitive to the type of file attached to the email, like some PDF's made by FOX-IT PDF wouldn't print, but ADOBE PDF's always printed. So not every attachment (file type) was supported.
2) Tell the customer to get an ANDROID!!! I can insert my 2-sided USB-C thumb drive into my Android (Pixel 6 Pro) copy files to it, spin the USB around to the USB-A side and insert into the copier panel & select most files to print. Yes I have to be at the copier to do it, but it's great when you don't have a wifi password and you're taking pics of screens and want to print a message out so the customer knows what to look for, like "THIS IP ADDRESS IS ALREADY IN USE" for example. So they can give that printout to their IT person, or post the pic above the copier when there's too many new people being hired to train.

if its small office i prefer to use ethernet over powerline adaptors
if you are gonna use wifi ive had good experience with TP-Link Wifi Extenders.Comment
