After resetting my machine i hot an error code C-5360 tried every thing it goes away only when I remove the toners I have changed all my toner tried to reset it multiple times with no success any one can help

These modelws comes with an optional cleaning unit at back side. Check installation and connectors for the fans.

If it has a CU-102 installed you can remove it. It is optional, there is instructions in the manual how to remove
