Have you tried all of the suggestions on here yet?
    • Network reset in CE mode
    • Update the firmware
    • Connect laptop directly to the device (set laptop on the same network range as the Bizhub)
    • Also one other suggestion check IP filtering is not enabled (the iseries has this enabled by default)

I have not, since I haven't been on-site with the machine in person. Also, I didn't really know to do those things. lol
      - I can't recall which mode is CE... how do I enter that again please?
      - I don't have the new firmware to update. I've asked for it, but no one has offered it yet, except one for sale.
      - I can try the direct laptop connection when I go in person
      - This is not an i series, but where would I check for IP filtering? Also, would that prevent even the status lights on the RH45 jack from illuminating when connected?

Thanks for the suggestions! If there's anything we can do to fix this machine without having to replace it, or the MFP, that would be great.
I checked Hytec, and they have replacement MFPs, but they're $600+, so for that we'd most likely just look into getting a newer machine.

These are the basics checks I would do before replacing or ordering a new board.

If you've not even been on site yet you may find it's a simple network issue hence why I suggest hooking up your laptop to the device to rule this out.

Elmojo do you need manuals for that model?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

You had previosuly kindly provided me the Service Manual, v2.0 (9/16/2015). Thanks!
Can you think of anything else I might need?

Without visiting machine nothing more can be offered. Time to step up on site and hook your laptop as suggested. I would love to be proven wrong and you get connected.

I agree. I do plan to do all that has been suggested, but I'm leaving in 2 days for vacation, so it will all have to wait until I return.
I'll be sure to update once I get back, and have a chance to test things a little further in person. Thanks to everyone who has provided advice and resources this far!

                    Morning all,
I finally got back from vacation and spoke with my boss this morning about the copier situation. He's decided to just leave thinks as they are for now. We're able to print though USB, and we can scan using a flash drive. He's okay with that for the time being. I guess we'll revisit the situation if something breaks further, or if they get tired of schlepping flash drives around the office. lol
Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions on this. I guess we can consider this one closed for now.
