C308 airprint tab missing

Good morning,
I have a c308 where you can't enable Airprint in the network settings.
I usually find it without problems, do you know if there is a software switch that activates the function?

check under admin - security - quick security and check airprint isnt toggled off

What firmware and function version are you on? Apple changed things with iOS 17 and Airprint will have issues if the copier isn't updated enough.

I set Softswitch 25 to hex B0 (firmware A7PU0Y0-F000-GC3-W4)
On the other machines everything works, on this one it is not possible to enable it.

Good morning, I tried to activate the code on both a c308 and a 308.

it always gives me this error: Function code verification failed.

Am I doing something wrong?

ive always installed licenses with the machine online.

I have tried several times on copiers that airprint is not active but the result is always negative.
Any other suggestions for solving this?
