Ensure the Mylar on the tray is not cut or deformed.
Check the rollers are not worn and twisting the paper.
If LCT, ensure the lift cables are not out of the white plastic guides or wire kinked. Basically check that the paper is being lifted even.
Does it print skewed?

No prints fine just dog ear every few pages

I've had this several times. The "rear" lift cable on large capacity tray is off pulley. When you open LCT the tray is suppose to drop slow, if it drops down fast and bangs the cable jumps off pulley. What goes bad is a small part on rear side of LCT called the "Damper", this is what helps tray drop slowly. They call it "dumper" in PC410 parts manual, part # A2XM623000
