NVRAM battery is dead. You should resolder another in parallel and cut leg of old one eventually.
Counters may have lost and other settings depending on your luck.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

After replacing the battery, do I have to do some particular procedure?

Probably have to enter serial # in service mode. Wont be able to put meter counts back in. There have been a few times where I had to go through "complete" setup procedure after replacing battery.

What would be the complete procedure?

The complete procedure is like the machine is new out of the box. The setup procedure is in the installation info (PM me if you need it). Would also update firmware.

This is the best procedure I've seen to fix that problem. I can't find that post on here, so i'm going to post a picture.
              Hope this helps.

In my case the reset tool was not necessary.

After replacement of the battery I made the reconfiguration with date, HDD installed, ADF setting and Fax Settings everything works regulatory.
Obviously the printer's counters have reset to 0
