BH-363, service code C3421. Which ICP might be blown?

BH-363 has a service code C3421 after a short between 24VDC and ground ( don't ask me how I know..., please........., ). I think an ICP on the power unit has been blown. Anyone has a list of the ICP's of the BH363/423 or know at least where to find the responsible ICP, please?

check those voltages because the manual i have does not show any ICP for fuser related codes that i could find but just to ask have you done a trouble reset because its a fuser middle lamp code. it wont clear by rebooting or even a new fuser.

oh, and i have seen fuser codes that share the same ICP as one of the DV units and we had a bad DV we found after replacing the fuser 3 times and the prcb 2.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Machine was working fine until Hans came and f$cked it up by rerouting the vendor unit wiring while MFP was under power. ? ?
Immediately after that, the service code C3421 popped up and 24VDC was lost. Trouble reset didn't help of course.

        oh my.

fwiw the ICP should be somewhere close to the cn16 connector. just ohm out a bunch and see if you find an open on otherwise its PRCB time.

have you checked all the fuses on the power supply?

Not yet, will do tomorrow. Now I am too damned tired because I have a serious health issue to fight with too.
          Thanks for your help, Pal.

lol I think anyone who's been doing this job for a while has done similar things. I may have had a few experiences like this, forget to plug in a ribbon cable see a bright flash, little bit of smoke and really nice scorch marks lol
