C368 user code

Sorry for being lazy and not looking this up in user manual which I don't have and would have to download. Is there an easy way to put a code on machine to prevent being used? I have a customer that has copier in front of store and doesn't want people to just walk in and use it without help. Or if more involved to do point me in right direction in user or service manual.

It's called Account Track. In Pagescope, go into administration mode and find account track. You have to turn it on first and then you can go in and add an account with a code

yup, i like AccountTrack better because you can do name & code or just code for simplicity.
