My Fiery lost the system and a friend here on the forum has been helping me, but when installing the user software, the installation stops with an error. It just doesn't finish.

Anyone who can help by making the client's software available can call via private message. We agreed there.

The version is 1.2 Burgundy for IC 313 with Windows 10 7m.

If it wont take firmware chances are you have a bad hard drive, Try replacing hard drive with a same size SSD and loading firmware
