Bizhub C450i C-D010

This C450i is going back to the leasing company. I ran overwrite all data and now have a C-D010 code.

I'm unable to go into the service mode the normal way. The counter screen won't come up.

Is there an alternate way to go into service mode to try a logical format? Do I need to do firmware?

My knowledge is limited because we are not a dealer for these machines but I'm usually able to do this process and leave the machine running.

Hold down the bottom button on the back of the control panel. When trouble reset comes up dont press it, instead use the keypad to enter service mode and reformat the storage board. You might get lucky and just do a logical format if not the physical then logical format
