    C353 IU313K developer issue

Back in 2022 customer brings the black drum unit to have it rebuilt.
    -Drum
    -wiper
    -developer
    -chip
were replaced . Current K drum life is 60%
Also at that time Yellow drum was also rebuilt.

About a week ago Magenta and Cyan drums started fading. So I though I should replace the developer on each of them.
While at it , he brings me the black drum for a corona wire cleanup as it was leaving two lines across the paper.
Drum was transported in an upright position.
Cleaned the corona wire and put it back together . Now black print is only half page and calibration does not change a thing ...
I think that the developer has been stacked in one side and cannot transfer toner to the drum . What do you have to say ?

Also replacing the developer on the Cyan drum proved to be a failure as once inside the machine it kept doing something like an overflow in the section I point in the picture .
All previous powder was completely removed and weighed 100gr . The new developer pack is 250gr but also seems that I must be doing something wrong as it is also fading .
I wish I had the replacement procedure on a video but it is something like this guy is doing in this one :

for less than 200 dollars you could just have replaced the IU.
    thats really the only fix.

fading does not mean change the DV, what was the count on it?
did you try a toner refresh and calibration?
well it doesnt matter anymore i guess.
    sorry.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

You said toner refresh . How is that done ?

K will be replaced with a new one but I am gonna try to revive it . Same for the Cyan which is also fading despite the new developer .
So I have the same issue "twice"

Please understand it's hard to troubleshoot a print quality issue when using all aftermarket parts & developer. These image units use to be expensive but are being sold for a lot less since those models have been obsolete & no longer supported for many years now. OEM probably same price it would cost for drum, blade, developer, chip, and time.
