    C-FA14 BH458e

    Good morning, I hope everyone is well.
    I have a problem if someone could help i will aprecciate, so I have a BH458e at a client and it presented error C-FA14.

    I have already done the following procedures:
    • Update Firmware
    • Format HDD
    and the code still appear
    the following detail code is 0x0767.

    ive seen the wrong driver/port print job do that as well.
    have you tried isolating it with a laptop and printing?
    in state confirmation check the HDD status, should be a big chunk of "vacant" listed. if not its a bad hdd.

    reseat any ram on the board too.

    does it do it only when printing or pops up at idle?
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      Maybe it's good idea if they can use machine as copier for a day or two and you can unplug network cable.
      Another idea is to backup everything and initialize all.

        the machine is unplugged from network only working as a copier now for testing and still pop up the error

            HDD is enable and diagnostics run all ok i literally have no more ideas for this ?

              Try replacing the eMMC, i had this error code on the C558 a couple of times before and this solved it.
