Konica Minolta C3350i line on scan

Hi, we have this konica minolta c3350i that by making scans or photocopies only from Adf creates these lines. Practically it eats away the written parts. Has this already happened to you? I state that I have not yet tried to change anything.
    Thank you.SKM_C3350i21080610160.pdf

Not this time, tsb. If you look closely on the samples the image is compressed crossfeed. I can be sure since an A4 machine cannot scan the other way.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Lol now I definitely know I need to put on some glasses. I also must quit using my phone instead of desktop. My bad, however interesting compression through the ADF. Looks like an image processing error nothing mechanical.

I agree. The grounding issue mentioned above might be it. On the Canon faxes we used the black conductive grease on those grounds. =^..^=

Black conductive grease we used on Toshiba estudio 350/450 drum shafts should be the same. Even on Konica drums it's used i.e. C224e.

Clean the axis and the bushing; the bushing on the inside and the outside.
The bushing is responsible for a good contact.

                  Clean the grounding spring.
Check for the correct position of the ground spring wire.
