Bizhub C258 paper matching size error

    [Misc] Bizhub C258 paper matching size error

    Hello Guys,
    I have a problem with Bizhub C258 - no matching paper size.
    Tray 1 and Tray 2 are full of paper, Tray 1 with A4, Tray 2 with A3, but the error is on.

    I tried reinstalling the machine on the PC but it didn't help.
    You can see the attached picture for info.
    Please help me to start normal working.

          Like rrrohan said check and see if paper is stock behind the cassettes. Also check the paper guides and maybe put different size paper on the trays and see if it will read.

              It's definitely not a PC issue. As you can see in the picture, the copier has no idea what paper size is in either tray (the ??? on the tray). The first steps of troubleshooting this has already been mentioned by others. Remove the trays and make sure no paper has fallen down behind them that could be blocking the size sensors. Then make sure the paper stack is all the way to the right side of the tray, and that all 3 paper guides in each tray are snug against the paper stack. Hopefully this will resolve the unknown paper size issue you are having.

                  Both your paper trays show ??? they should display the paper size here, in your case A4 & A3.

                  Check the paper tray guides are set correctly.

                      There were two sheets of paper behind the paper trays. I removed them and everything was ok.
