    Maintenance mode activated.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

        3.22.2 Exiting the Maintenance Mode

        • To exit the Maintenance Mode, select [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [Maintenance Mode] and touch [Invalid], or touch the arrow key on

the control panel and select [Yes]
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

Exited maintenance mode - all is well. These 4050i/4750i are little tanks - makes me regret the M3655idn's we sold These to cost the same, but are faster, more durable, have a large display, & don't ship w/ one of those " starter" toners. Ship w/ a full 20k toner. Downsides - fax & wireless aren't std., & they're wicked expensive to ship - freight carrier only, 'cause they ship on a pallet.

Are these B&W "i" series still made by Lexmark? They are who designed the older 4750 and many other small Kon/Min B&W models. Don't think Kon/Min has made their own small B&W for many years now? Even going way back to the Biz 25e, etc which Muratec made.

No, I'd say these newer A4's are KM technology, unlike those 4050/4752 Lexmark designs. And toner is very cheap again. Sharp had sold Lexmarks - same situation as KMBS, where drums were cheap & low yield, but toner pricey. We've got IUs going well past their 200k life expectancy. Fusers rated for 400k. PF rollers identical to larger A3 KM models - that hard, clear rubber.
