the front and back are not activated

Hi guys, I have a Konica Minolta C224, when I try to do the front and back the print comes out directly as if I hadn't selected the front and back, once the sheet comes out it also jams.
    I thank you in advance.

Either the gate solenoid is bad on the paper exit or (even easier) look at where the gate arms rest on the door. They have pads to quiet it on actuation. Over time, these pads become sticky. Peel, clean, replace with a piece of velcro.

The first time I came across those pads causing the jam took me forever to figure it out. Now one of the first things I do is just remove it, it's usually the rear side one.

The problem was in the solenoid, obviously it couldn't have been the simplest oneπŸ˜…..... That is, the rubbers but I removed those for safety..Thanks for your help. A good evening.

I also always remove those pads. But I don't put anything in their place just clean residue off with alcohol and that's it. More often the solenoid and / or spring are issue which has been discussed with fixes many times on this forum. Also there is a bulletin about new style solenoid.

100% correct. Same as I do.
