c250i universal print, web browser turn on action unsuccessful

Hi,

I wish to install "universal print" in c250i.
I get the app from Konica marketplace, also follow the guide from the website, but when turn on the web browser, it show "action unsuccessful", as attachment I upload.

I tried get license code from https://lms.konicaminolta.com/Licens...port_free.aspx
After I key in everything, it also appear action unsuccessful.

How can turn this on??

as long as there is a working dns and gateway can you choose auto-obtain its own license in admin mode?
ive never had to get a license for web browser on a PC, the copier always connected and activated itself.
so many fiery installs on these...all require web browser first and auto-obtain was available from the LCD.

DNS and geteway is working.
auto-obtain own license, do you mean request code? Request code is still the same action unsuccessful.
Same result even I do it on LCD

Web Browser Setting

To enable the Web browser function, this machine is automatically connected to the License Management Server (LMS) on the Internet in order to register the license. Check that this machine can be connected to the Internet before beginning this procedure

Yeah, if you can't launch a web browser on a c250i it's License is screwed up. If that's the case you will need to have a tech come by and call SSD for them to get it resolved.
